Directions:
Place the Good Night Anti-Snoring Ring at the base of your little finger, this is very important, with the gap facing upwards (see illustration). Squeeze and release the sides gently but firmly to create a firm but comfortable fit. The Acu-Activators should be located on the outer and inner points equivalent to 3 & 9 o’clock. The larger Acu-Activator should be situated on the outside of the finger on the Quingu point (see illustration). If it is uncomfortable or too tight please reapply or check you have the correct ring size for your finger (see ring chart).
