1. Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web site, and click on any items that you wish to buy, click the 'Add to cart' button and then go to the checkout to confirm your order. You will then see a list of the goods ordered along with the cost of postage. To continue shopping click the back button in your browser. After you have finished making your selections, click on "Checkout" in the shopping basket and you will be asked for further details that we need to be able to process the order. It is your responsibility to ensure you enter the correct address details. In particular, non US customers must ensure they select the correct zone (e.g. European or Worldwide ) for the purposes of calculating the shipping price. Failure to select the correct postage will result in the order being held back until the correct postage has been paid.

We accept all major debit/credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Electron, American Express.

Occasionally, our on-line card authorization provider, Stripe or PayPal, flag certain orders with warnings and cautions. This is usually due to irregularities in the card details provided, i.e non-billing address or variations on the name of the card holder. In these instances we will request proof of identity (drivers licence, passport, card statement with card number and transactions removed/covered). If you are unable to verify your identity, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the amount charged minus the fees levied by our on-line card authorization service providers. Please note that these checks are necessary to safeguard legitimate transactions. If you feel this policy is inappropriate and you would prefer financial transactions to be executed without any form of security check then please do not place an order with us.

The order contract's content will be stored. You may store the terms and readily look them up. For safety reasons your order's data are not available via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

2. Acknowledgement of Orders

We will acknowledge receipt of all orders via e-mail where appropriate. The e-mail acknowledgement will contain a unique order number and details of the order. However, we cannot be held responsible for e-mail addresses that are rejected or returned as undeliverable. An e-mail with a status of "AWAITING FULFILMENT" is sent immediately after payment has been authorized. After an order has been manually reviewed and forwarded to the warehouse for physical dispatch, an e-mail is sent with a status of "SHIPPED".

3. Delivery Schedule

All orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours on a working day (subject to stock). The delivery charge is calculated by the website according to the destination of the order. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and on National Holidays. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible but cannot be held liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. If a delay is likely, we will inform you, and you will be given the option to cancel your order with a full refund. If an order is returned undelivered, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel. You can email us at if you require further information about your delivery.

4. Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

We offer a Money Back Guarantee on a select number of products. Our Money Back Guarantee does not affect your statutory right to cancel any order placed with us. Products covered by our full satisfaction money back guarantee are clearly identified and carry a money back graphic symbol. Please read the following Terms & Conditions before making your purchase:

• All Money Back Guarantees offered by are subject to a maximum period of 90 days, unless otherwise stated, from date of purchase. No refund claims outside of this period will be considered.

• The original product container (jar, bottle, tube, etc.), including any remaining product, must be returned to us in reasonable condition. We send them back to the manufacturer for testing and they are also required to substantiate our claim against the manufacturers own guarantee scheme.

When returning used items, covered by our money back guarantee if not completely satisfied, please complete the following steps:

(a) e-mail us for a returns RMA number; returns without an authorised RMA number may result in a delay in processing your refund.

(b) return the remainder of the goods in question to us in appropriate packaging (make sure all open bottles are sealed tightly to prevent leakage), carriage paid and we will refund you the original price paid for the goods. Please note that all original containers, e.g. bottles, must be retained by you and returned to us when claiming a refund. All items are returned to the manufacturer for quality assurance testing;

(c) enclose a letter describing (in as much detail as possible) how you used the item in question and the result. Please include the name of the product, approximate number of applications, and details of any unexpected results. We receive a tiny number of returns and all feedback is sent to the manufacturer for use in research & development of the product in question.

5. Order Cancellation

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the goods ordered then you can cancel your order. If you have any questions about the goods or need help on deciding whether or not to keep them, please contact Customer Services for more information.

(a) You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the goods are dispatched. You must contact us by telephone, in writing, by fax or by e-mail to cancel your order. On cancellation of your order, the price paid for the goods will be refunded to you within 15 days of cancellation;

(b) You have the right to cancel your order after dispatch. In this case, you must cancel your order within the 14 days after you have actually received the goods by sending an e-mail to We will allow for a period of up to 10 working days for US Orders and 20 working days for Non US orders from the date of cancellation for you to return the goods. Unless otherwise stated, you should return products in using the Returns Label supplied. Please contact us to obtain a Returns Number (RMA) and place this on the outside of the package as this will reduce the time it takes to process your return; please note this is not mandatory.

6. Returns Policy

If you want to return goods to you must first confirm your request to us in writing by e-mail. The sales department will then issue you with a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) number and provide instructions on where to return the goods in question to.

When returning goods we recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or other secure delivery. The returned goods should be in their original packaging or in a sellable condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk. On receipt of your returned order we will refund the purchase price paid for the goods.

(a) If you have received goods, which have been damaged in transit or are faulty then please notify us, within 14 days of delivery and then return the goods to us for replacement or alternatively a refund; .

Your right to cancel an order is subject to the following conditions:

(iv) If you do not cancel your order either before dispatch or within 14 days of receipt, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and no refund will be due to you.

(v) If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you must return it to us for a refund. Please note that orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch at approximately 11:30am each working day. Once an order has been processed and sent to the warehouse it is too late to cancel dispatch.
