Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition that causes pain in the bones and muscles, general fatigue, tenderness in certain areas of the body, memory problems, mood issues, and sleep disturbances. Although much is yet to be learned about it, fibromyalgia is believed to amplify painful sensations by affecting the way the brain processes pain signals.

While there is no specific cure for fibromyalgia, there are ways to help manage the symptoms.
