Allergies to Elastic in Clothing
Unfortunately, many suffering from skin disorders that make them sensitive to elastic. The inclusion of elastic in most of our clothing is a requirement simply to keep the garment in place on your body. Please note however: our underwear does not contain spandex in its composition. However, in order for the garment to fit on the body, it has to contain an elastic band. The elastic is covered with pure, dye-free, chemical -free organic cotton to avoid the contact with the skin.
Our standard socks currently contain 4% elastic which is the optimum amount of elastic needed for a good fit.
